1.Who We Are
AutomateYourOutreach.com is operated by two affiliated entities, depending on where you or your business is located:
| If your business is located in | You are contracting with |
|---|---|
| The United States | G1 Group International LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA |
| The EU/EEA, UK, or elsewhere internationally | G1 Equity Ltd., registered at Efesou 9, 5280 Paralimni, Cyprus |
References to "we," "us," "our," or "AutomateYourOutreach" mean whichever of these two entities you are contracting with, based on your billing address. References to "you," "your," or "client" mean the individual or business that books, pays for, or otherwise uses the service.
2.Acceptance of These Terms
By booking a plan, submitting payment, providing LinkedIn account access, or otherwise using AutomateYourOutreach.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not book, pay for, or use the service.
3.The Service We Provide
AutomateYourOutreach.com is a done-for-you LinkedIn outreach service. Depending on your plan, this includes: defining your ideal customer profile (ICP), scraping and enriching matching LinkedIn profiles, optional email discovery and verification, writing connection request and follow-up message sequences, running outreach from a dedicated LinkedIn account within safe activity limits, and monitoring for replies.
We are a marketing and outreach execution service. We are not a law firm, a recruiter, a financial advisor, or a guarantor of business outcomes. We do not control who responds to outreach, how they respond, or whether any reply converts into a client, candidate, or sale.
4.Eligibility and Your Account
The service is intended for businesses and professionals conducting legitimate B2B outreach. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the authority to use the LinkedIn account provided to us, and that your use of the service complies with all laws applicable to your business and location.
You are responsible for keeping any login credentials, payment details, and account information you provide to us accurate and current.
5.LinkedIn Access and Your Responsibilities
To run outreach on your behalf, we require secure access to the LinkedIn account the outreach will run from. By providing this access, you confirm that:
- You own the LinkedIn account, or have explicit authorization from its owner to grant us access
- The account is used for legitimate business purposes and complies with LinkedIn's own User Agreement and policies
- You will not knowingly provide us with an account that is already restricted, banned, or under review by LinkedIn
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. Use of automation and outreach tooling on LinkedIn, even when operated carefully, may be inconsistent with LinkedIn's own terms of service. See Section 9 for how we handle this risk.
6.Fees, Billing, and the Setup Fee
Current pricing for all plans is published on our pricing page and is stated in US dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
| Plan | Billing | Setup fee |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | Billed every month | $399 one-time, charged with your first payment |
| Quarterly | Billed every three months | None |
| Lifetime | One-time payment | None (setup is included in the one-time price) |
The $399 setup fee on the Monthly plan covers onboarding, ICP definition, account warm-up configuration, and initial sequence writing, and applies only to the Monthly plan. It is not charged on Quarterly or Lifetime plans. Sales tax or VAT may apply on top of the listed price depending on your location.
Payments are due in advance of each billing period. If a payment fails or is not received, we may pause outreach activity on your account until payment is resolved.
7.No Refunds
All payments to AutomateYourOutreach.com are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, monthly subscription payments, quarterly payments, the $399 setup fee, and the one-time Lifetime payment, regardless of how much of the service you have used, whether you cancel early, whether LinkedIn restricts or suspends your account for reasons outside our control, or whether the outreach campaign produces the results you hoped for.
By paying for any plan, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you are unsure whether the service is right for you, start with the Monthly plan rather than a longer commitment, and ask us any questions before you pay.
The only exception is where a refund is required by mandatory law that cannot be excluded by agreement in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
8.Cancellation and Term
The Monthly plan may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior period, per Section 7.
The Quarterly plan runs for the full three-month term you have paid for and cannot be cancelled mid-term for a partial refund. The Lifetime plan is a one-time engagement for system setup and does not renew or require cancellation.
We may suspend or terminate the service, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, provide us with unauthorized account access, use the service for an unlawful purpose, or fail to pay amounts owed. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
9.Account Safety and Platform Risk
We take LinkedIn account safety seriously and operate within what we believe are safe daily activity limits, using dedicated IPs, warm-up schedules, and human-like timing, as described on our website. However, LinkedIn controls its own platform, changes its detection systems and policies without notice, and makes its own decisions about individual accounts. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, LinkedIn's decisions.
You acknowledge and accept that no outreach automation, including ours, can eliminate the risk of a LinkedIn account being flagged, restricted, or suspended. This risk exists independently of how carefully the outreach is run. We are not liable for any restriction, suspension, or ban of your LinkedIn account, and, per Section 7, such an event does not entitle you to a refund.
10.Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service, or instruct us, to: target minors or vulnerable individuals, send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or discriminatory messaging, impersonate a person or company you are not authorized to represent, scrape or contact individuals in violation of applicable data protection law, or use the service for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction or LinkedIn's.
We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or terminate any campaign we reasonably believe violates this section, without refund.
11.Messaging Approval and Your Responsibility
We write outreach message sequences based on the positioning, ICP, and information you provide us during onboarding. Depending on your plan, you may review messaging before it goes live. Once you approve a sequence, or once a sequence goes live without an objection from you within a reasonable review window, you are responsible for its content as if you had written it yourself.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any claims about your business that you ask us to include in outreach messaging. We are not liable for claims we included at your direction or with your approval.
12.Intellectual Property
The AutomateYourOutreach name, logo, website, and all related content are our property or that of our licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our website or materials without our written permission.
Message sequences and campaign materials we write specifically for your account are licensed to you for use in your own outreach for as long as your plan is active. We retain the right to reuse general frameworks, structures, and non-client-specific techniques across other client accounts.
13.Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business information disclosed by the other in connection with the service, including your ICP, messaging strategy, account credentials, and pricing terms, and to use it only for the purposes of providing or receiving the service.
14.Third-Party Services and Data Sources
Delivering the service may involve third-party tools for scraping, data enrichment, email discovery and verification, and infrastructure. We select these providers with reasonable care, but we do not control them and are not liable for their errors, downtime, or data inaccuracies. Details on how prospect and client data is handled are set out in our Privacy Policy.
15.Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outreach will generate any specific number of replies, meetings, candidates, or sales, or that your LinkedIn account will remain unrestricted throughout the engagement.
16.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service, however caused and under any theory of liability, is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of a LinkedIn account, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence where mandatorily imposed.
17.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, content you asked us to send on your behalf, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including LinkedIn's own terms.
18.Governing Law and Disputes
If you are contracting with G1 Group International LLC, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are contracting with G1 Equity Ltd., these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at the address in Section 20 before pursuing formal proceedings.
19.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, communicated directly to active clients by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
